01The new Latham office
We have opened an office at 22 Century Hill Drive, Latham.
It is the firm’s only office, in the Century Hill office park in Latham, in the Town of Colonie, Albany County. The USCIS Albany Field Office — where Capital Region green-card and citizenship interviews are held — is a few minutes away on Troy-Schenectady Road.
You can walk in without an appointment between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. If you have had a notice from USCIS and you do not know what it means, bring it with you and we will read it with you. Saturdays are by appointment.
Clients in New York City, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley work with us by phone and video. Immigration law is federal, so where you live does not limit who can represent you — we appear where your case is actually heard: the immigration courts in Buffalo and Batavia for upstate cases, the New York City courts at 26 Federal Plaza and 201 Varick Street, and the USCIS field offices in Albany, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.

Step 3: The fee in writing, then the work starts
You receive the scope of work and the fee in writing before anything is filed. Many matters are quoted as a flat fee, government filing fees are listed separately, and payment plans are available. Work begins when you sign the retainer.
